Beconfident Professional Home Teeth Whitening and Oral Care Products are peroxide free conforming to the updated European Council Directive 76/768/EEC which concerns Cosmetic Products and they therefore comply with the UK Regulation The Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations.
    If your goods have been damaged in transit or you discover a fault, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us as soon as possible after receipt. Arrangements will be agreed for return and replacement items will be despatched. Please contact us prior to returning any goods, this will allow us to quickly resolve any issues.
    Please do not post any returns back without speaking to us. We will send you a pre-paid return label to enable you to post the items back at no cost to you; and it helps us ensure you receive the best possible customer service.

  • 4. No Quibble Guarantee

    We back all our products with our 100% ‘No Quibble’ Guarantee. We are very proud of our exceptionally high quality products.
    If you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund the full amount. We require that all products (used mouth trays are to be disposed of by you due to hygiene reasons) are returned in their original packaging and the syringe contains at least 75% of the teeth whitening gel. Please return to: Beconfident (UK) Limited, 5300 Lakeside, Cheadle Royal Business Park, Manchester SK8 3GP. Please note that if the syringe content is below the 75% mark, we will be unable to provide a refund. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to Dual Foam, toothpaste, dental floss, or postage.
    Should you receive an item that is defective or faulty, we will gladly replace it with a new product. However, you must notify Customer Service within 14 days after you received your defective product. Our customer service centre will send a pre-paid return label to enable you to return the item. Please note that the product must be unused and in the condition it was when you received it. Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy) and an explanation of the defect. Please note that you must first contact Customer Service to obtain a returns authorisation and pre-paid return label.

  • 5. Liability - Force Majeure

    Beconfident (UK) Limited shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

In particular nothing said by any sales person on behalf of Beconfident (UK) Limited should be understood as a variation of these Terms and Conditions or as an authorised Beconfident (UK) Limited representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by Beconfident (UK) Limited.
