Beconfident has received a very good test review from Helsingborgsdagblad / Sydsvenska dagbladet (published on Saturday 20 March 2021) where we were compared with 7 other toothbrushes on the market and received the best rating for our long battery life over 90 days. Stylish design and easy operation with the various programs with a single button. We also received, as expected, praise for our quiet engine and our well-designed toothbrush head that makes it easily accessible in all places in the mouth. In total we got 12 points out of 15 possible / total rating 3.9. It was not mentioned in the test that we give a 3-year warranty, but it is a matter of course for us.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
We care about the environment and take our full responsibility – One of the key elements in each product’s impact on the environment is its actual lifespan – the longer the lifespan the less stress on the environment. Our Sonic toothbrushes have a long-life battery with two purposes, to make it easy and convenient for the user to avoid having to recharge the toothbrush all the time. Another advantage of a long battery life is that the toothbrush will live much longer. The battery does not simply run out – not as fast as it only needs to be charged every three months.
Beconfident® is a manufacturer and we distribute and sell electric Sonic toothbrushes. It is our responsibility to comply with all EU and national laws to contribute to and ensure that electronics are not disposed of but treated / distributed properly for the environment. This means that we do the following:
- Make sure that either our end customers or our distribution partners in the EU register with the responsible national authorities in each country.
- Report the amount of electronic equipment sold to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.
- Organize or pay for the collection, treatment and recycling of our electric Sonic toothbrushes / products.
- As a producer, we offer a return service, where customers can return the obsolete electronic devices we sold. Beconfident® takes full responsibility for recycling all Beconfident® toothbrushes we sell on the market. The life expectancy of our quality toothbrushes is at least 6 years, but we expect the life to be more than 10 years.
To use our return service, you only need to contact us when it is time to recycle the products and then we offer the following:
- Free return shipping (we email you shipping note) to our logistics center in Båstad.
- SEK 100 discount that can be used for all purchases of Beconfident® SONIC toothbrushes on Beconfident websites.
- We also offer a monthly consumption of toothpaste free of charge together with all SONIC toothbrush purchases on Beconfident websites.
